Responsibilities included creating and maintaining buy sheet, raising and maintaining purchase orders, updating boards and creating product literature for stores, producing and co-presenting product knowledge sessions to stores, managing shipping and delivery forecasts, chasing deliveries with customer service to ensure installations can run on target, sizing orders by store and overseeing the ordering process from start to finish; building relationships with different departments, managing high levels of transfers between stores to maximise sales whilst retaining a focus on store target plans. I trained 2 BAA's and managed several interns.

Temp BAA on Crafts. Responsibilities included checking samples, filing, setting up accounts, setting up orders, updating logs and databases, communicating with vendors, writing TV Captions and long descriptions.

Work Experience. Responsibilities included chasing the critical path; opening accounts; creating range boards using the range plan; collecting and filing samples & lab dips; managing the sample library; general admin duties.
