- Provide academic advisement for prospective, current, and former undergraduate students within the Applied Sciences and Behavioral Sciences majors (i.e., majors in the college of Arts & Sciences, Health Education & Social Transformation, and Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences). - Manage a caseload of 560 students. - Assess academic level, attend to student inquiries, assist in problem resolution, advise on program changes, and in the development of academic plans and schedules. -Analyze applications, transfer evaluations, and transcripts for entry and exit from the university.-Maintain appropriate records by gathering data, compiling information, and preparing reports. - Establish programs for target recruitment and retention and develop program and marketing materials.
