• Schedule and execute virtual seminars, coordinating the overall seminar development and logistics with internal staff, external vendors, and instructors.• Build, maintain and manage relationships with tax and accounting subject matter experts and industry contacts for purposes of producing and presenting seminars; strengthen relationships with speakers/presenters through frequent contact to produce high quality seminar programs.• Establish seminar development schedule with contracted speakers; monitor/coordinate progress through all stages of seminar development and production; and take the necessary steps to keep the speaker/seminar on the established schedules.• Orient, train and coach subject matter expert speakers on how to conduct engaging seminars and provide direction and ongoing support and encouragement throughout the process.• Perform editorial oversight with respect to seminar presentation materials submitted by speakers; review materials for clarity, effectiveness, and utility by seminar attendees; and, in consultation with speaker, integrate relevant content assets, tools and resources into seminar materials to reinforce learning and add value to the final product.• Format and enhance instructor provided Power point slides and presentation materials to proper templates, style and quality.• Facilitate live programs and monitor audience questions and follow up on post-seminar audience questions and comments.• Develop on-demand self-study courses from archived seminar recordings for access and use through a learning management system.
