I made the decision to drop down to a part-time employee after deciding to attend Epicodus to learn programming skills. Currently my job duties entail:- Monitoring the on goings around the campus I'm assigned, reporting and documenting anything that seems out of place or needs repair - Patrolling buildings to ensure they are secure and in good conditionBefore I stepped down, I was a Lead on the Field Team. My job duties at the time included: - Checking in with the team to ensure their needs were being taken care of- Reporting and replacing equipment as needed - Monitoring the areas I was responsible for, often performing vehicle patrols or foot patrols

I worked multiple roles during my time with Security Industry Specialists (SIS). I started as a Security Specialist in March 2022 and performed job duties that included:- Building patrols - Patrolling the campus I was assigned to and maintaining a presence in sensitive areas- Reporting and documenting anything that seemed out of the ordinary or needed repair.In December of 2022, I was promoted to a Lead for the Field Team. My new job duties consisted of:- Training new team members- Checking in with existing members of the team to ensure their needs were being taken care of - Making sure staffing was filled- Performing onboarding with new employees- Responding to any incidents that required a member of leadership, such as medical emergencies or suspicious individuals

This was a call center position that I was able to work from home. I used multiple applications to assist customers with their credit card needs. This included:- Placing payments upon customer requests for specified amounts- Waiving fees for customers that met the necessary criteria, such as medical emergencies, travelling, etc.- Creating and placing applications for credit line increases for an increased spending limit on their cards- Providing excellent customer service, being both attentive and empathetic towards a customer's needs and situations- Training and doing side by sides with new employees, often answering questions and allowing them to shadow my calls, while providing constructive feedback on calls they took
