• Sell and service supplemental insurance offered as group employee benefits to a client base of 2000+ • Function as primary point of contact for Long Term and Short Term Disability, Excess/Lump Sum Disability, Life+AD&D, Long Term Care, Critical Illness/Cancer, Accident, Dental, Vision and Telehealth policy questions• Educate new client groups about benefit options, eligibility, coverage specifics and cost• Design and execute open enrollment marketing communication for all products• Verify and process benefit enrollment forms; communicate enrollment confirmations• Deliver monthly benefit webinar presentations to prospective clients• Upload enrollment data to carrier sites and audit group census information from carrier databases• Represent company and present product offering at state association vendor fairs• Assist clients with enrollment, claims, terminations, and coverage continuation paperwork• Compile monthly payroll deduction file for accounting department• Maintain current insurance policies, forms and information on client website• Ensure benefit records and documents in company database are accurate and up-to-date• Support and assist President with special projects

• Negotiate vendor pricing and issue purchase orders for raw materials, subassemblies, maintenance, repair and operating supplies • Source alternate vendors to identify cost saving opportunities for all purchased items• Monitor purchase order reports and maintain contact with suppliers to confirm delivery as scheduled• Identify optimum inventory levels, reorder point/reorder quantity, point-of-use and stock locations• Supervise receiving clerk transactions; lead project teams for year-end physical inventory• Streamline purchase order process and consolidate purchases to reduce supplier transactions• Issue finished goods and subassembly work orders to plant to satisfy inventory requirements• Validate 20,000 items in supplier database to prepare for database conversion• Serve as backup for Shipping Department

• Coordinate and supervise transfer of select manufacturing operations from Kansas to Florida• Execute project timelines for plant layout, raw material purchases, operational setup and personnel training• Identify and resolve process issues affecting quality standards• Manage open order report to meet on-time delivery targets; expedite late customer orders• Strategize and implement layout and process changes to increase manufacturing production by 60%• Provide training classes for new employees; serve as liaison between sales, design and manufacturing
