Duties and responsibilities:• Manage the conceptual design and messaging of all marketing communications materials• Responsible for the management and leading the creation of new Esker Content (eBooks, white papers, Guidebooks, Infographics, etc.)• Responsible for the development and execution of Esker's editorial calendar.• Direct management/mentoring of creative team members (design & copywriting).• Create, or oversee the creation of, all design elements of: website,tradeshow materials, direct mail, email campaigns, advertisements, promotional materials, content, etc.• Manage multiple projects and priorities to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, on budget and reflect the brand standards and integrity of Esker.• Contributor in the development and implementation of yearly marketing plan and budgeting activities. Manage expenditures according to budget throughout the year.• Help build and strengthen the company brand identity. Work to ensure all projects stay consistent in branding and messaging, regardless of project owner.
