My successes have been achieved by ensuring that counseling staff provides appropriate, productive, and efficient services and by meeting quality and productivity expectations. I specialize in directing pilot programs and new initiatives, implementing best practices and protocols, and delivering services in accordance with contractual guidelines. I am also experienced in driving operational excellence for Magellan Federal programs through innovative training programs, curriculum development, and continuous process improvement.
