As a Customer Service Representative I manage a multitude of club facility schedules including twelve tennis courts, eight swim lanes, one pickle ball court, and more than five unique physical training classes, avoiding scheduling conflicts. During my role as a Membership Sales representative, I personally conduct facility tours for prospective members, promoting memberships and answering questions. While executing my daily tasks, I assure club policies and regulation are adhere to by members and guests alike, and actively drive existing members to enroll in enhanced membership packages with increased facility access. This results in an increase in monthly revenue.

As an current Event Staff member for the Detroit Tigers Foundation, I assist with Comerica Park 50/50 raffle preparation during Detroit Tigers games by training charity volunteers how to properly operate 50/50 raffle electronics and equipment making volunteers more proficient with the operating technology. I also am responsible for operating the money counters and overseeing the 50/50 raffle sales count for accuracy. I also actively manage multiple charity events organized or hosted by Detroit Tigers players and prominent members of the Tigers community to ensure events go as planned. My time with the Tigers has allowed me to see the non-profit and philanthropic side of sports, and the need for this area of work.

I managed a full-time academic course load as a four-year NCAA D1 student athlete for University of Michigan Softball earning the U-M Athletic Academic Achievement Award (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018), Academic All-Big Ten Acknowledgements (2016, 2017, 2018), and the Big Ten Distinguished Scholar honor (2018). As a Senior, I mentored the five freshman teammates and helped them successfully transition to the demanding student athlete lifestyle. During my time as an athlete, I communicated critical ideas to better the athletic community as a Student Athlete Advisory Board Representative. As an athlete, I was able to see both the 'on field' and 'off the field' work that combines to present the game experience.

This internship allowed me to explore excel and its different functions, resulting in the betterment of my overall skill set with excel.

I created and maintained Michigan Leadership Development Team’s Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter social media accounts as well as monthly event calendars to promote and inform University of Michigan student athletes of upcoming Leadership Development hosted events resulting in increased student athlete participation. I also organized and distributed Leadership Development overview information packets to team coaches to promote the organization, and established a monthly communication forum to inform donors of program successes and updates. In this position, in addition to performing tasks on the computer, I was also able to help organize LDT events, provide insight to student athlete mindsets, and collect material, such as pictures and quotes, to use for donor updates and social media accounts.

I reported social media consumer interaction and engagement for sponsorship advertisements during post-game Michigan Football highlight videos.
