Senior Independent UX Consultant/ Principal Designer working with a number of different clients. Some clients of mine have been more on the project basis others have formed into long-term engagements. My goal is to help my clients reach their business goals in the technology space. I've worked on a number of different digital products over the years with clients including leading strategy for Global eCommerce websites, complex product configurators, mobile applications, SAAS software, client-side software tools to support internal business processes, building the product design vision and processes for innovative start-ups (from the ground-up) Omni-channel strategies, design team augmentation, design governance, pitching and mentoring. I am comfortable with inserting myself in every phase of the UX process from co-creation sessions, planning, discovery, ideation, user research and facilitating usability testing, reporting quant synthesis, data-driven design solutions, to creating high-fidelity prototypes and working with engineers in the execution. Some people are more comfortable in certain areas in the UX process. I focus on being strong from end-to-end and forming meaningful relationships with my clients and their users'. I find myself in unique roles with clients. Sometimes I lead strategy and have a team that executes and sometimes I find myself rolling up my sleeves and helping execute/deliver or filling a particular need for the client. In 2014, I was approached to lead a startup venture in the Fashion and Apparel industry in Atlanta.This business had a unique business model and it leaned heavily in the technology space to accomplish the business goals. This included a number of complex customizations to existing platforms that I was challenged with building and finding solutions for. I lead two implementations on two different platforms that allowed customers to create their own accounts and build their own "closets" and add inventory for lending and borrowing formal wear dresses amongst a community of women. This also included a scheduling tool for event planning, CRM integration and defining unique touchpoints in the lending a borrowing process through custom transactional email triggers.Since we are a startup, I rolled up my sleeves and did a large percentage of the buildout for both launches. Also, the customizations to the platforms that were needed to support the business. Our latest release launched in 2015. In 2016, We were Awarded the WEI Entrepreneurship Initiative in the incubator program here in the City of Atlanta, GA - We were selected as 1 of 15 Businesses in Atlanta that were chosen by the Atlanta City Council as the top women entrepreneurs in the city of Atlanta.

Lead the design implementation and front-end development for water.com through 2 site launches in both 2008 & 2009. Produced and managed National Online campaigns/ marketing collateral for accounts and partnerships with LSU, the New Orleans Saints, The Los Angeles Dodgers, The Los Angeles Angels, The Chicago Black Hawks, The Chicago Bulls, Home Depot, The San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, California and Susan G.
