Duties and Responsibilities• Prepare jigs and tooling design for new and prototype models.• Design and provide new ideas for cost saving and more efficient and productive tools where new models will undergo. • Prepare and present reports weekly to the superiors regarding updates of Prototype, First Article Models, Testing and Improvements• Designs and develops process methods and techniques to improve production related process• Supervises and prepares initial test run and set-up on new models and prepares FA production Report and shall recommends/improves condition based on initial test run to ensure good results during mass production.• Assist Production (machining) on trouble shooting, tools confirmations and decision making upon their request.

Duties and Responsibilities• Conduct machine set up and trouble shooting• Conducts root cause analysis and investigation and prepares necessary corrective action on models that did not meet target.• Prepares process evaluation report and first article results.• Test, collect, and analyze data of models from initial production up to its first 10 lots of mass production.• Test and Qualify New Machines.• Performs/Initiates process improvement to increase productivity, quality, cost reduction and safety as assigned.• Checks and review necessary documents needed for Production of new and prototype models.• Conducts testing for new tooling and/or materials to improved quality and productivity and reduced cost.• Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned to support departmental and company goals and objectives.
