Current- Leading the onboarding and profile verification of new leaders, ensuring they reflect the party’s core values of "Sahi log sahi soch" and "Samuhik Prayash." - Finding and nurturing emerging youth leadership opportunities to drive grassroots political mobilization. - Providing strategic consultation and advisory support to enhance political outreach, messaging, and electoral campaign execution within the Hisua Vidhansabha constituency. - Collaborating with stakeholders to develop data-driven campaign strategies, policy planning, and community engagement initiatives. - Designing and implementing local political programs that align with broader party goals, fostering voter engagement and ensuring effective electoral performance. - Monitoring political trends and constituency dynamics to inform adaptive strategies that resonate with the public.
