Hi, ik ben Nikky Boonstra. Naast ondernemer, (team)coach & strateeg, ben ik vooral een bewuste levensgenieter die de dingen graag eigenwijs anders doet. Wat een 5/10-jaren plan leek, ben ik nu al aan het leven. Ook omdat ik uit eigen ervaringen weet hoe kort het leven kan zijn. Zo ben ik - as we speak - bezig om mijn eigen visie van samenvoorzienend leven tot realisatie te brengen. Een visie die ik ontdekte in de 1-daagse Strategy Sprint, die ik zelf ook voor ondernemers en teams faciliteer. Met Like a Village is het mijn missie om mensen & organisaties weer terug te brengen naar de essentie, natuur en samen. Door ze een plek te geven waar ze kunnen samenwerken als een zelfvoorzienend dorp. Zonder terug te gaan in de tijd of in te boeten op innovatie of vooruitgang. Ik daag je uit om hetzelfde te doen. Niet te wachten tot het juiste moment ooit komt voor dat ene passieproject of jouw grootste missie. Maar vol focus te gaan voor datgene wat er écht toe doet. Om dat te bereiken, is het essentieel om helder te hebben waar je voor staat en waar je naartoe wilt. Je hebt een visie nodig voor zowel focus als flow. Een visie waarin je alle keuzes kunt afmeten. Eentje die jou (en je team) inspireert en activeert. Ik ben scherp, kritisch en doorvoelend.
