I specialize in intellectual property law, trade secrets and marketing law, as well as commercial law. I advise on identification, protection and commercialization of IP assets in a broad sense and deal with infringement situations. I also negotiate and draft a wide variety of commercial contracts concerning e.g. agency, retail and strategic cooperation.Moreover I have broad experience from dispute resolution and have acted as counsel in several proceedings before the patent and market courts, the Swedish general courts and in Swedish and international arbitrations under the rules of SCC, SwFA and CAS.I am also experienced from working with private M&A and investments in growth companies (venture capital), as well as dealing with general corporate matters.Advokat / Lawyer (member of the Swedish Bar Association).
