PROJECT MANGER • Organized and managed a team of installers to implement a 5 billion dollar hotel and casino in Singapore (Marina Bay Sands). Oversaw installation of 295 terminals and 13 interfaces between the casino, convention center and hotel over the course of three months with a project budget exceeding 6 million. Meet with F&B VP, Accounting VP, and third party venders weekly to define the project timelines/milestones, standardization of services, and centralization within the hotel/resort complex.
