Planning and execution of the design phase of a project precede the procurment of subcontract services. I coordinate thoses tasks as well as the assembly and installation of equipment on site. Finally I establish the lessons learned document. During the project, I continuously provide EV-estimations and project status reports. Support and guidence to the project team is essential to the result of the project: appreciate the power of the coworkers.Knowlage and work experience in the field of Systems Engineering is also a part of my profile.
