The job require close cooperation with as well clients as suppliers, but also with other inhouse and external business partners, authorities and bransch organisations. Clients are major energy companies and process industry within Europe.Based on strategic and tactical business goals I do budgets and prognosis for the financial steering.I prepare and present financial reports and other analysis and information for the group management.I hold the seat as Chairman of the Board and lead the Board's active work.

In 2015 the group celebrated its 150th anniversary.In my role as Project Manager I worked with and was responsible for the company's project clients who are active on the international market in major infrastructure projects within the offshore-, pharmaceutical- and energy sector. One of my main focus areas was to identify, understand and solve our clients and other parties needs by presenting and offering tailor-made, safe and cost-effective solutions.The different projects have almost always included work and business travelling from where I have learnd a lot and got significant experiences from international and multicultural work.I also held a chair at the board of directors.

From 2004 my role was sucessively and according to plan shifting from more operational to an overall responsibility. During all years I was always responsible for the reporting to Group Management.

Client characteristics was high demands in quality and delivery precision.My assignment was a one year project to manage and form the newly restarted logistics department in new facilities, with a new Management Information System and with some new staff. All in all challenging as the changes needed to go on parallell with the daily operation and the clients demands in Just In Time.
