Since more than 10 years I am an expert and project manager in climate risk management and climate proofing in various sectors in the context of international development cooperation. I am specialized in steering and facilitating multistakeholder processes of applied risk and vulnerability assessments; the use and tailoring of climate information for effective risk management and establishing ealry warning systems. I have vast experience developing and applying training formats for adult learning, facilitating multistakeholder processes, as well as providing advisory services for policy formulation and action planning. My regional focus is on developing countries in (eastern) Africa, Asia and Latin America. I have significant experiences in applied science (United Nations University) and development cooperation managing and implementing global projects (GIZ).
