As Managing Partner I lead the Group's management team and supports the managers who lead the various companies, ensuring good collaboration across company borders. Furthermore, I represents all companies in the Group in dialogue with other parties and networks.I am deeply involved in Business Development, strategic and operational Business Planning as well as following up on the Group's finances - reporting regularly to the Board of Directors. I also ensure I remain constantly aware of how the Group's business areas are developing, and of new upcoming trends and developments taking place in our environment.

As Head of IT at NDA Group I oversee the entire IT operations of all companies in the group, reporting directly to the Operational Management Team. Balancing service quality with cost control making sure NDA gets the most value out of their IT investments, and at the same time ensuring that the services and functionality is delivered with high reliability and availability is going to be some of the challenges I'll be facing. At NDA a lot of the expectations on IT is not only to maintain the IT environment that exists today but rather to provide bespoke IT design services that reduces time to produce, innovate and make decisions.

As a Technology Director I focus on intelligent application of new technology to support the Service Operations, ensuring innovative, efficient and stable services for our clients. This comes with a strong focus on new and upcoming technologies, or new ways to apply existing, making sure we stay in the forefront of smart application of technology in providing our services. Staying up-to-date with new technology will allow us to stay competitive in the challenging market on which we operate. I work closely with the technicians managing and developing infrastructure and services, such as system administrators, database specialists, system developers and architects - being both a source of inspiration and technical support.My key responsibilities include: - Driving the strategic development of new services and supporting technology components - Staying up to date with the fast-paced development of new technology, methods, working practices and tools - Developing new, and improve on existing, policies, standards and best practice guides aiming to further increase the quality of services delivered to our clients - Supporting the acquisition of new business systems and the following RTO calculations to help prove the value of the investments to the business in a structured way and - Representing the technical knowhow of the business in talks with clients, vendors, collaborators and investors.

As the CEO of Further my primary goals are to manage the final steps of turning Further into a fully developed Managed Service Provider within the IT sector, and to lead the very exciting expansion we plan for. With a team of highly dedicated and skilled professionals such as ours, and a mature business model, the sky is the limit!
