As a consultant from Fairshopping, my role was to ensure a seamless technology setup for the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships in 2012 and 2013.Activities:- I worked closely with Telia, the only telecommunications company in Sweden with an event department that could meet the technical requirements specified by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and the world championship organization.- Prior to the event, I meticulously planned the setup for over 120 different rooms and positions, ensuring each had access to necessary technologies such as wired and wireless internet, Hydra statistics system, Hermes accreditation system, printers, copiers, computers, mobile phones, TV screens, faxes, wired phones, and more. I also prepared contingency plans in case of any technical issues.One week before the championship, we gained access to the Ericsson Globe and Hovet arenas. I prioritized the setup of all technical parts, ensuring that everything worked perfectly and providing necessary support to all involved.- Throughout the world championship, I supervised a team of eight employees who provided technical support to all participants.

As a consultant with Fairshopping, I was tasked with managing the development of TOTT Hotel Visby, a project involving the construction and sale of 109 apartments and bungalows. However, the project was plagued with delays, faulty heating, and air conditioning systems, and other errors of varying magnitudes, making it crucial for me to ensure that all stakeholders involved were satisfied so that the remaining units could be sold.To achieve this, I spearheaded all communication efforts with the hotel operator, customers, estate agents, building inspectors, and builders, working tirelessly to address all the errors and ensure that the project met everyone's expectations.I also helped negotiate with lawyers and dissatisfied customers to minimize the fines for late delivery and establish agreed-upon delivery dates for units that were delayed or had numerous errors.TOTT Hotel Visby had a unique VAT arrangement that made all apartment owners voluntarily taxable, which allowed Visby Camping to deduct 30% of the construction fee. In collaboration with a VAT lawyer, I provided all the necessary information and helped the housing association understand and establish a system to manage voluntary taxation.Through my efforts, I successfully ensured that all units met the desired quality standards, satisfied all stakeholders, and were ready for sale.

As a consultant from Fairshopping, I served as the project manager for the development of 43 new suits at TOTT Hotel Åre. The goal was to ensure that all suites were completed and sold to private citizens. The hotel rooms were rented out by the hotel operator when the owner was not using them.During my tenure, Tott Resorts was on the brink of bankruptcy. I worked diligently to negotiate payment plans with contractors and persuaded them to continue working on completing the project on time. I knew the money promised for the next installment would not be available if we did not sell more apartments.In 2008, the global financial crisis began, which caused many potential buyers to feel insecure. To overcome this challenge, we created a unique offer that helped to attract buyers. We paid the interest expenses for three years, which corresponded to a 10 percent discount. This offer proved to be effective in selling all the apartments and paying all the contractors.In addition to managing the project, I also handled overall communication with the hotel operator, estate agents, and customers to ensure that everyone was satisfied. As a member of the foundation board, I was responsible for education and the handover to the housing association's first board.Overall, I played a significant role in the successful completion and sale of the TOTT Hotel Åre project, despite challenging circumstances.
