As a co-founder and general counsel at Juiceverket, I played a critical role in establishing the legal framework and business structure for the chain of Stockholm-based non-alcoholic cocktail bars in 2011. I oversaw the organic growth of the company from one to six units over the course of five years, and successfully navigated legal challenges related to business expansion, compliance, HR and labour law, permits, contract negotiations, and other areas.As the company scaled down in 2018 and was sold off in pieces, I remained responsible for the transaction of the business and ensured that the intellectual property was maintained within the holding company to support our focus on B2B trade. Through my legal expertise, strategic vision, and business acumen, I helped to build Juiceverket into a successful and innovative brand within the HORECA industry.
