After a humongous effort in 2021, we in the PROSA project (60+ active participants just within Läkemedelsverket) managed to launch the KLIPS system for supporting the 'Clinical Trials Regulation EU 536/2014'. And we launched on time! This has been the most complex project I've led so far, and I'm both happy and extremely proud of our achievements together!2021-01: Started as project manager for our implementation project for fulfillment of EU 536/2014 "Clinical Trials Regulation". Our task is to build a new IT-support system called "KLIPS" for handling clinical trial applications and related case assessments. The system we are building will also integrate with internal systems and existing registers, with two external governmental 'partners' in Sweden, as well as with EMAs portal for Clinical Trials. The EU portal will be launched in January 2022. Project-wise, this is rather complex, coordinating six (!) internal development teams plus a project team of 12 persons, as well as establishing integrations and cooperation with the three external parts. Our project is called PROSA ('PRojekt Om Sammanhållen (KP-)Ansökan') I expect that leading this project will be my main task for a whole year of 2021 and probably large parts of 2022 as well.2019-07: Returning to Läkemedelsverket after 6 months leave ("tjänstledighet"). My first two assignments are both as a technical project manager: One project is a web project, a new modern version of https://www.lakemedelsverket.se The other is related to pharmacovigilance (tracking of adverse side effects of pharmaceutical products).

Due to cutbacks in staffing, I chose to return to my previous position at Swedish Medical Products Agency after 6 months at ArtDatabanken SLU. During this spring, I have managed 3 projects in different phases, as well as had daily teamlead role for a skilled group of IT persons running a large portion of the systems that ADb are responsible for. It has been a very intensive period for me; I have learned lots of new things and met many interesting, skilled and highly motivated persons in ArtDatabanken. I wish them all the best for the future.

Since end of 2015, I lead a development team of about 10 skilled developers (architect and QA included). In this team, we work exclusively with EMC Documentum product family. On this platform, we have a number of business-critical applications that we maintain and enhance on a daily basis. In the spring of 2016 alone, we will make four large deliveries to production, and these deliveries include server OS upgrades, change to enterprise database platform and adding high availability capacity with dual content servers. Do I need to mention that the work is run with an agile team?My role is similar to a Scrum Master, or a Delivery Manager in bwin.party terminology.

As an IT PM, I coordinated the IT side of a bwin project. This usually meant that at least 75% of the project was ran by me, bwin being a IT heavy company in terms of development projects. I planned, coordinated and followed up all development tasks over time and team, from start of project to launch and hand-over to line organization.

I initiated the first ITIL processes for bwin Games when I was appointed the first ever Release Manager for bwin. Prior to that, all the releases where a complete nightmare, taking forever to get working properly and with absolutely no predictability in terms of scheduling. After me, a regular schedule for minor and major releases existed for most products.

The vastly reduced casino team (30->5 persons due to layoffs) was after the downsizing ran by me. I had the operative responsibility, keeping track of runtime problems / incidents, controlling defect handling and maintenance release planning.

I ran a number of projects creating casino games that ran on the brand-new generic game server platform that Ongame/bwin had created. Among those where the highly successful games Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Caribbean Stud. I also ran projects to facilitate these games to be able to be branded for different operators withing the Ongame Network. In the end, we had some 20 different 'flavors' of the Blackjack game, one for each operator.The Blackjack game alone had about 2.000.000 rounds played per day, and generated a profit of $100.000 daily.
