Niklas Ramström is presently the founder and CEO of Nikzes AB, a company focused on analysing data and business development. During the last few years, Niklas has been involved in several industrial projects to work with business development and investor relation work.Niklas has over 30 years of experience with the Ericsson group, where he has been a line manager for more than 20 years in product development, project development, product management and international manufacturing. Niklas has, during this time, started up, combined, and closed manufacturing sites, product lines and organisational functions multiple times. This requires introducing new processes and tools in the organizations to increase efficiency and understanding of the work to be done.Being part of many management groups on all levels as well involved in leader roles has given him a unique perspective from all parts of an organization. His roles has always have connections to most of the organization’s other areas, such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, services, etc.Niklas has long international experience by living in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with his family and having close cooperation with local organizations in China, Thailand, and the USA for product and production transfer, service operations, governmental product approvals, and introduction of products to the market, as well as understanding the market needs.Niklas has also worked as a politician at the county level for more than ten years, mainly on social issues and for the City council. He has also worked as a swim trainer for youth. Between 2007 and 2021 he was the Chairman of a local sports club.
