I've spent the last decade in CTO and Director roles, focusing on hiring the right people, creating supportive cultures, aligning technical strategies with business objectives and building processes that help teams stay productive, aligned and happy.I’m a firm believer in the power of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement. I like to listen and understand before diving in with solutions, and I’m always thinking about how we can work smarter, not just harder. I’m not the type of leader who believes in micromanagement — I think the best results come from trusting people, setting clear expectations, and providing the support they need to succeed.
