FS Evolution has participated in several projects, e. g. review of IT-system for the FS-business, agreements with credit suppliers, development and implementation of new credit processes and suppliers etc.

The first mission in 2011 was to participate in the project of refresh the customer loyalty program and implement credits in store and on-line for Sweden, Norway and Finland. More at Lindex was launched in 2012 and the last parts, credits in Finland, during 2013. The last two years there have been two procurement processes, where FS Evolution has.

FS Evolution has been working for Enklare as an advisor to make calculations on different loan portfolios with given perimeters to determine the profitability. In the mission it has also been included to make benchmark with colleagues in the loan business area regarding P&L and KPIs to be able to create a business case as close to the reality as possible.

The company was acquired in January 2014 from the Klingel Group, a big German mail order company and is now a part of the B2 Holding Group. Kontant Finans is since August 2015 a licensed Consumer Credit Institution supervised by the Swedish FSA. B2 Holding is listed on the Norwegian.

FS Evolution has been working for Select/Sparköp executing a pre-study and strategic choice regarding IT-system for the financial services business. Furthermore, FS Evolution has been doing benchmark regarding the suppliers to support the FS-business as well as negotiated agreements with new suppliers in order to exchange the vendor. FS Evolution presented a business case and potential project to the Investment director and CFO of Stena Adactum. The project was approved in September 2016 and the creation of a business / company started.

FS Evolution has been working for the Swedish Trade Federation (STF) with the focus to meet with the Swedish Consumer Agency (SCA) to discuss the legislation regarding the credit evaluation process. SCA’s decisions were rendering both a direct fine and an indirect fine for two large mail order companies in December 2014 linked to their credit evaluation.

FS Evolution execuded a pre study, including calculations and creation of a business case, for a potential start of an own Financial Services business. It also included an RFP-process with potential IT-system suppliers. The pre study report was presented to Stadium in March 2015.
