Members of the board consist of independent voting members, the Legislative Council appointed representatives, and other members who help assist in reviewing the student fees.My position as the boards Vice-chair involved taking part in agenda setting, educating board members on how to review the budget documents, and was presided with the duties of the gavel when the chair was absent.

The role of a ski instructor has many challenges that must be overcome when educating guests about the art of skiing and winter sports. The biggest aspect of the position is withstanding the cold temperatures and powerful winds. An instructor must be quick on their feet and prepared for all emergency situations when going down the slops and riding the chairlift. The owner and operators provide a very welcome and courteous manner which is part of the reason why they are so successful. The tasks for the position of kitchen staff entailed cooking massive quantities of food for the events of the evening, ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen and the buffet, and ensuring future events had enough supplies to prevent shortages. Occasionally, the Crystal Rose would also host a casino night for company parties that requested it. This would require the staff to deal Black Jack, Texas Holdem, and many other gambling games. From this company, the importance of keeping to a schedule, patience, and working under stressful situations were key to ensuring quality events for the guests.

Some of the activities on the grounds of the facility include an Americana Barn with live music and merchandise, an indoor slide and a play ground outside, and numerous dining rooms that can host numerous events. The White Fence Farm can serve six hundred guests at one time while entertaining hundreds more that wait to be seated. Whether it's the corn fritters or the fudge, White Fence Farm can always pack a crowd to come from all across the world. While working at the White Fence Farm, the job responsibilities for a Helper included providing assistance to the wait staff, ensure cleanliness in the side stands and the kitchen, and ensuring a positive atmosphere through out the restaurant so that guests felt welcome and encouraged to return. One of the qualities of being apart of the White Fence Farm staff was that the management made sure the staff was being taken care of as well as the guests. An employee at the White Fence Farm could feel appreciated for the work that they did and it makes a difference on how the guests feel while they are served. What makes White Fence Farm successful is not the quality of the food or the live entertainment, but how a guest feels when they enter the doors and what they share to their family and friends about the experience at this fine establishment.

Center Plate at Sports Authority Field at Mile High is a company that operates the concession stands for the Bronco games. They provide a variety of foods for the convince of the guests that come to watch the entertainment of sports. The responsibilities of this position entailed preparing the necessary tools that help operate the stand including beverage dispensers, hot dog rollers, and the cash registers. During the game, the team would work together to serve the customers in an adequate time so that lines wouldn't get long, and the customer wouldn't miss any great moments of the game. Along with working at a fast pace, this position also helps increases multitasking skills like listening to three cashiers, prepare the orders needed, and deliver exactly what the customer wants. This was a fast and enjoyable experience and it was a pleasure to work for Centerplate.
