Current• Contributing to strategic and commercial impact by discovering technical needs and challenges, and participating in upsell and renewal activities with the customer team• Leading calls with Account Managers to drive POCs , removing technical and business-related obstacles in front of a sale, advocating for customer interests to relevant internal teams• Maintaining extensive knowledge of client IT organizations and technical infrastructures where Templafy is deployed, used to ensure security compliance and served end-users' needs.• Collaborating with customer teams to achieve customer objectives and engaged with other Templafy teams for cross-functional projects
