As the Maintenance Supervisor I'm responsible for maintaining all the production machinery and building maintenance in the entire plant. All contractors if needed for equipment and building concerns are scheduled by me. I'm also in charge of six maintenance men who I delegate work orders, preventative maintenance work, and projects to that are to be completed by them. I'm in charge of ordering all maintenance parts for machines and project materials as well as help assist the production manager of any concerns related to equipment in production. I also assist the Safety Manager of safety needs in the plant.

I started working in the warehouse as a order puller for production. Over the 9 years I was there I moved up the ranks to Supervisor. I was in charge of all the packaging goods from controlling inventory, to receiving, storing and handling, and order picking for production. Responsible for six employees below me in other areas of the warehouse.
