•Owner of program based on technical supports and manufacturing engineering activities. •Develops, writes and releases technical documentations to support production activities and customers/supplier such as Technique Sheet, BOM, WI, EWO, EO, TN, Process Flow, and EQN/EAR etc. as applicable to respective program.•Ensures the validity of products and specifications configuration.•Prepares Bills of Materials, manufacturing hours, packaging sizing, testing requirements etc. for supporting bidding activities.•Responsible to establish and improve Statistical Process Capability in accordance with the cost reduction initiatives.•Able to use and update information in the ERP systems for technical information related to WOPL and all list of items and materials used by respective program.•Updates all technical documentations as per the latest data configuration, drawings, specifications etc.•Helps establish new start-up programs until post FAI production and continuously support steady-state programs.•Ensures all effort and activities are to meet the Engineering Key Performance Indicator’s objectives.•Provides change review inputs and cost impacts related to products, manpower, machine/equipment, materials and processes etc.•Participates in the MRB disposition on NCR raised, root cause investigation and corrective action plan. Also provides technical inputs and solutions in order to reduce the quantity of scrapped products as per Technical Services KPI.•Provides technical training in order to impart technical knowledge, skills and experience to manufacture products in accordance with the relevant Engineering data.• Practices and implements lean manufacturing philosophies, 5’s, Kaizen and any other lean tool as promoted and trained by SDD.•Implements cost saving activities by reducing the cost of final products through optimizing manufacturing flow, processes, manpower methodology, materials and equipment efficiency etc.•Provides technical input

•Plan, direct and coordinate production schedule on a daily / weekly / monthly basis based on materials, manpower status as well as the machinery requirements). •Monitor production progress against production schedule from time to time and to analyze the schedule when necessary.•Liaise with related departments to ensure the continuity of product flow•Ensure that all machinery and tooling equipment used for production are in prime operating condition..•Coordinate improvement activities with all supporting groups in relationship to quality, yields, working ratio, and production performance•Support and work with production on Quality Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action & Preventive Action
