I'm exceptionally fortunate in my job as I wear a number of hats, all of which compliment each other. I am a Conference Producer, Corporate Film Director plus an Executive Business Coach, Life Coach and Trainer in Public Speaking and Corporate Storytelling Techniques.. My coaching skills enable me to use live events, training workshops and corporate films to shift the perceptions of our clients' audiences. Such shifts lead to behaviour change en-masse and, for me, seeing such results with, at times, hundreds of people, is unbelievably rewarding. My coaching qualifications span a number of disciplines. I'm a Certified Executive Business Coach, Member of the Association for Coaching, a Master NLP Practitioner, a Language and Behaviour Profile Practitioner, a certified Public Speaking Coach and, finally, an mBIT Coach (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) (www.themindset.ninja)I work (mainly) with large corporations. Myself and my highly-valued team produce our clients' conferences, films and their ongoing L&D and internal communications campaigns and, within the events arena specifically, I specialise in leadership, change, team collaboration events and workshops as well as the more traditional annual conferences. We equally use many of the same techniques in our corporate films however the real opportunity with film is that it allows us the chance to bring the "human" voice out....with a little bit of added drama and storytelling mixed in for good measure. We've even been known to bring a tear to the eyes of our audiences both at our live events and through our videos. I'd like to think that's a good sign. In the film industry we have even worked for the BBC on a Horror Film for BBC 3 which was a wonderful and exciting departure from our normal work in the corporate environment. And in the summer of 2024 we have been commissioned to shoot another film. A beautiful love story. Can’t wait for that to be ready, edited and in the hands of the distributors. Most recently we launched a new online coaching product called the Success This Way aimed at helping Business Leaders and Company Owners in the Production Industry to become better leaders of people with more success.
