Responsible for directing the daily operation of Marketing & Game Experience in all aspects related to increasing attendance and ticket revenue for Dekalb Ciunty United soccer club, with specific attention to season, group, and single game ticket sales, merchandise promotions and community events, as well as enhancing the pre-game and in-game fan experiences for all attendees.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Generate revenue and achieve season goals set by board. Serve as head of marketing sports, including but not limited to ticket sales, merchandise promotions and community events. Develop a comprehensive marketing and sales plan to maximize ticket revenue and spectator attendance for ticketed and non-ticketed events.• Develop and execute game experience plan for match days, community events, promotions, and pre- and post-game activities.• Commands development and execution of marketing plans• Works with community organizations & businesses to create enthusiasm for the club and awareness of schedules.• Assist with department special promotional events both on and off campus. Assist in the creation of design elements including print collateral, social media graphics and other design elements as assigned.
