As of September 26, 2016, I transferred from Outside Service and was cross-trained as a food runner/waiter and permanently switched inside to Food and Beverage to gain more experience in the departments' operations in front of the house and back of the house. Responsible for checking food before it is served making sure its made as ordered and marking corrections on tickets to point out the errors made regarding how the waiters put in the orders for the night and what should have been done instead the following day in our pre-shift meeting. I work closely with our events coordinator as well providing any assistance that she needs with our events. I have extensive knowledge of our six menus and have been slowly gaining more knowledge about wine and spirits. While short dishwashers, I was one of the only team members to cover 3 shifts per week as I knew there was a need. Helped front of house understand the importance of that role in an operation.
