My mission is to help leaders move from where they are to where God wants them to be. Like a lot of people in Houston, I spent most of my career in the oil and gas industry. I was a lawyer and executive, and I was blessed to work with great people, doing challenging and rewarding work. It was also stressful and demanding, and I went through burnout more than once. And, I asked the big questions, too. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10).We can do more for the Houston community, so we are bringing the Halftime Engage Program to Houston.I believe that no matter your age, stage of life, or career, your professional and personal life can be impactful.
