I've always been obsessed with the ideal of a 'professional'. In describing what really gets me going, I tell people that I always looked for the 'next thing', and realized at some point that the destination mattered much less than the process of always improving. Here's what I mean: Starting in school, always looking for the next get together, birthday party, turning the next age, getting that bigger bike, etc. Later years, getting a license, going to college, the upcoming big party, milestone, etc. Getting a first job, being promoted, gaining 'clients' (it was so cool to say that, and still is!), continuing to grow. Personal milestones were sought after most; find the girl, get married, have kids, buy a house, be a great son, father, brother, uncle, cousin, person! The great thing that I realized after each subsequent milestone is that largely, nobody is going to tell you what comes next. I've been a self-starter for as long as I can remember. My fitness journey started very young, as did my voracious appetite for self-improvement through books, then podcasts, videos, and other media. In all, I'm a Renaissance man, and love it. I'm a singer, and have sang solos for thousands over the past few decades. It is as nerve-wracking as it is fulfilling and impactful. I've played guitar since I was 14, and continue to aim at getting better. I love fitness. I usually eat only one lunch per week, no breakfasts, and am a committed faster for physical and mental benefits. I'm Greek Orthodox, and my father is a Priest. I have an older brother, younger sister, an amazing wife, and 2 (soon to be 3) gorgeous and sweet daughters who I commit everything to. I'm self-critical and put a LOT of effort into putting my best self forward, which can sometimes get in the way of progress. Nothing is ever perfect, but I'll always want for it to be. I believe my net worth is my network, and if you have read this far into my bio, I wager I have a lot to learn from you and may be able to offer value in return.
