As a Data Intern at Leapcure, I worked full time during the summer and part time during the first semester of my junior year. I worked side by side with Leapcure's head analyst to discover internal and external trends that affected the company's operations. My experience as a Route Surveyor and Analyst not only allowed me to gain experience with manual data collection, but also introduced me to unique analytical software and the processes associated with the adoption of a new software by a business.-Designed 15 different route maps utilizing a geometric information system and company accounts, allowing new and substitute drivers to more easily complete daily routes, thus saving both time and money-Supported drivers in recording waste bin sizes of over 9000 tenants in the El Cerrito area to aid in the completion of route surveys as well as created and maintained a worksheet of all data-Cross referenced route survey data with company accounts, allowing correction of over 200 tenant payment discrepancies

As an intern, I worked with other employees, performing maintenance, cleaning appliances, and assisting in order fulfillment.- Assisted the warehouse manager by loading palettes with appliances meant to be shipped to satellite warehouses, thus allowing for more efficient warehouse operations and timely order processing- Prepared appliances to be restocked, using cleaning equipment and packaging materials to prevent a shortage, resulting in 20 to 30 additional appliances restocked each day- Maintained clients’ appliances by accompanying maintenance employees to offices to ensure cleanliness and functionality, which allowed for successful service of approximately 10 clients a day- Implemented a new organizational structure for a section of the warehouse with the assistance of a warehouse employee to more easily locate appliances, creating a more efficient and standardized storage system
