I have been responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital marketing, web development and e-commerce activities since february 2010, with the following main areas of responsibillity:- Optimization of direct sales E-commerce KPI's (ROI, Total Revenues, Total Conversion Rate, Earnings Per Visitor, Average Order Values etc.)- Optimization of online lead generation funnels with the purpose of generating positive ROI- Media buying and advertising on Adwords, Facebook and through other publishing channels- Analyzing traffic and conversion statistics using tools such as Google Analytics and Visual Website Optimizer in order to locate bottle neck issues that can be acted on in terms of optimization- On behalf of the company I founded the now largest and fastest growing Danish online gardening community at Drivhusklubben.dk in 2011, which by january 2015 has generated over 5000 registered users, 11000 newsletter subscribers, 8000 Facebook fans and annually attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors through both expert- and user generated content (blog posts, forum threads, videos, images etc)- Web Facility Management including hosting and domain providers, payment gateway providers and other tools of marketing and development- Project Management of Web Development projects from start to finish and ensuring low cost, high quality deliveries, on time Show less
