About Nikola Samec

I work as Category Manager in Central Procurment office of Republic of Croatia. Currently, I have a main role (leader of working group) in two strategical procurement of mobile and landline telcommunication services. Our customers are more than 600 state bodies which need services which is procured via Central Procurment Office. My responsibility is managment of team work on project of procurement services (ICT, telephony). I have more than 4 years of experience in production where I was developing services and 12 year in Government department where I was mostly involved in implementation of an IT services. My advantages are combination of ICT and Procurement knowledge.
