Když člověk dostane velkou příležitost, měl by ji uchopit za pačesy.Právě proto jsem se rozhodla vycestovat na rok na Slovensko a pracovala jsem ve slovenské společnosti HENNLICH jako HR manažerka, kde jsem měla možnost pomáhat budovat moderní firmu a zúročit své zkušenosti z českého prostředí a fungování firmy.Na starosti jsem měla širokou škálu činností od náboru nových kolegů, optimalizace a zavádení nových procesů, organizace firemních akcí, péči o zaměstnance. Vedla jsem přes stovku pohovorů, přijali jsme téměř desítku nových kolegů/kolegyň. Vytvořila jsem kariérní web. Provedli jsme první interní průzkum spokojenosti. Za přispění kolegyň z marketingu jsem spravovala firemní sociální sítě. Připravili jsme workshop pro manažery s analýzou odměňování. Zvládli jsme recertifikační ISO audit.Práce v HENNLICHu v Martině i v Bratislavě byla pestrá a zajímavá, obohacující.
