- coordination and management of funding initiatives for major projects in the Green Hydrogen industry - investigation of new international opportunities for cooperation between Neuman & Esser in terms of expanding future Green Hydrogen electrolysis capacity - supporting the development of the Green Hydrogen business line

- developing connections between NEA Green and players within the hydrogen industry- assisting with projects that will introduce new business lines within NEA

- working to keep up and expand the network of Ecogenium e.V. - advising the current team on certain subjects based on previous experience in leading these types of teams

- Created a team with non-for-profit status within the RWTH Aachen University ecosystem to design and build a hydrogen fuel cell powered car - Managing an expanding team of 40 interdisciplinary students in the fields of business and engineering

- Managing an interdisciplinary team of 36 engineering students in building a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. - Creating and maintaining an efficient structure for internal team operations such as document management and financial management.- Acquiring funding opportunities for the team through faculty relations and corporate sponsorship. - Leading a delegation of 10 students to go to an international competition, the Shell Eco-marathon.
