I have founded and work for Nomad Custom Software Solutions. At Nomadcss we strive to provide small business's with affordable POS solutions. We also develop custom hardware/software combos at customers requests. My main role within the company is software and hardware development/design, ensuring the products exceed the customers need and expectation.

Taking inbound calls from newsagents and resolving any problems they may have or processing extras/returns of mags, ensuring agents receive magazines, following up shortages with contractor and making sure the agents get the replacements, making sure all work is to companies standards.

Management of allocating metro guards all across Australia to attend atm sites with technicians, problem resolution, time management, approval of overtime, ensuring guards safety and access to secure sites, ensuring high standards of customer service are being met by staff and guards, keeping networks/clients upto date and ensure jobs are done on time and.

Started as a customer service rep taking phone calls, made my way to guard allocator. The company fixed ATM's.My main role was to book in my guards to meet with techs at ATM's at specific times, accounting for traffic and breaks all over Australia
