For the past year and a half, I have been engaged as a Project Manager at Termovent Komerc on the Northvolt project in Skellefteå, Sweden. Our company signed a contract with Northvolt Ett to construct clean and dry rooms at the DS3 building, deliver DHU, AHU, and CHU units, and install the entire HVAC system. Based on the "Design and Build" principle under the ABT06 standard, we developed detailed designs and then constructed the rooms.I managed the design team from the project's inception through to the start of construction and handled change management throughout the construction phase. We developed over 150 specific installation details and agreed upon numerous technical requirements with the client. Concurrently, I oversaw the preparation for project execution, including testing Termovent wall and ceiling panels to EN 14509 and EN 13501, and doors to EN 14351-1+A2 standard, to create the Declaration of Performance as part of CE declaration. We also tested the load-bearing capacity of ceiling systems.I was involved in developing grid ceiling systems, clean room light fixture, and analyzing NMP-resistant EPOXY flooring. I led the design, installation, and work safety teams in creating the Method Statement and Risk Analysis (RAMS). Additionally, I monitored, created, and communicated weekly and monthly progress reports and plans to the client, using Oracle Primavera P6 for detailed activity planning.My responsibilities included preparing and presenting reports at Monthly Progress Report meetings, justifying monthly statements and invoices, and managing RFCOs. I tracked project progress by individual items according to the BOQ and through the S-curve, and managed internal daily, weekly, and monthly costs.I worked closely with Northvolt’s Project Manager, Project Control Manager, Project Director, Construction Manager, Design Manager, Commercial Manager, and Procurement Manager, building strong relationships that ensured the project's success.
