- Organizes and coordinates the work of the quality department in order to achieve the planned goals. - Responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet set standards of quality, reliability and performance - Evaluation of the supplier and his work based on their performance - Continuous improvement of the IQC process - Setting and implementing internal/external quality requirements to ensure company products/services meet customer expectations. - Carry out research to identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources - Review of the checklist, whether everything is in accordance with the requirements - Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance - Organizes and coordinates the work of the quality department in order to achieve the planned goals

- Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards - Create tests for quality control of products - Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually - Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications - Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives - Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of products

- Supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards. - Manage room reservations ensuring that the bookings team are processing all enquiries accurately. - Recruitment, induction and training of receptionists and meeting room co-ordinators - Leading, monitoring, motivating and inspiring the team; providing guidance and support. - Produce, manage and operate the reception rota, checking future planned absences, planning cover and ensuring overtime is provided when necessary - Manage the implementation for any change or upgrade in software systems - Monitor budget and produce weekly/monthly reporting where applicable
