I've led on complex mixed use development and funding projects; site acquisition for national housebuilders; affordable housing schemes; pension funds and secured lending/portfolio restructuring. I have a 'can do' attitude and am passionate about quality of work and personal service. After 16 years climbing the corporate ladder at top 50 firm Freeths, I moved to head up a new commercial property team at high street firm Timms. The property team flourished across Derby, Burton, Ashby and Swadlincote offices and secured instructions at Derby's prestigious 'Nightingale Quarter' residential development scheme by Wavensmere.After a stint in-house supporting Staton Young Group develop 'brand Cubo' as Head of Legal, I'm now based at Edwards Clegg with fellow ex-Freeths solicitor Philippa Edwards.
