Developed and refined all business processes to receive hardware, image, cache under credentials, delivery of new assets, and proper degaussing of old hardware meeting all local and federal mandates.

Designed, implemented, and maintained LAN and WAN infrastructure to support seamless command and control operations. Responsibilities included configuring routing and switching protocols and installing network components. Performed end-to-end troubleshooting ensuring optimal performance and reliability of critical communication systems.
