I established and headed deposition department in the second largest semiconductor laser company in Russia.I work with deposition installations and research equipments. Deposition installations include electron beam sputtering, magnetron sputtering, resistive sputtering etc. Research equipments include optical, 3D and electron microscopy and spectrophotometry. I also have extensive experience with a variety of high vacuum plasma setups, from plasma etching and activation setups to homemade research plasma equipment. In addition, I have experience working with electrolyzers, vacuum soldering machines and other high-tech equipment.I calculated and deposited hundreds of AR and HR coatings and filters in the Optilayer software package.In 2022 I headed a new department for photolithography of semiconductor structures.I have scientific articles related to work on vacuum and plasma installations.https://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.uri?authorId=57193534511I completed my postgraduate studies at OINPE NRNU MEPhI with an excellent mark.Also I was a scientific consultant for five students at OINPE NRNU MEPhI.
