Technical Regulations & Standards (TRS) & Quality Leader oversees compliance to technical regulations & standards and other external regulatory requirements within the Russia/CIS region for GE O&G Measurement and Control (M&C).This role focuses on understanding all regional compliance requirements for the "One M&C" businesses. This role also focuses on establishing relationships with notified bodies, compliance agencies & testing houses. Also it involves acting as a TRS advocacy to help influence regulatory requirements and overall compliance.This role is the central point of contact for the region addressing regulatory compliance for all M&C businesses, and supports compliance resolution activities for the various M&C product lines.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:• Develop and own product regulatory processes to manage global technical regulations, industry standards and mandatory product certification requirements in accordance with GE policies.• Lead activities related to execution of technical requirements such as third party certification, product registration, licenses, etc.• Serve as business focal point and team expe1i on regional technical regulations and standards impacting M&C businesses.• Work with business leaders and functional teams to identify and resolve problems, and drive product regulatory compliance programs in the region for M&C businesses.• Advise and support training requirements for business functions on identification, application and verification of conformity to requirements as they pertain to products & services.• Responsible for continuing improvement and implementation of processes in response to emerging regulations.• Establish and manage relations with regional certifying bodies, consultants, agencies, regulatory authorities, standards bodies, and/or trade associations to support current transactions and future business growth.• Coordinate TRS Advocacy in the region

Interaction with European marketing team in terms of products promotion within Russia and CIS;certification of product lines and plants (controlling current certification status, interaction with certification bodies and scientific institutes, preparation of documents);interaction with marketing team in the sphere of marcom materials promotion (brochures, ads, posters etc.);preparation and organization of exhibitions, seminars, webinars for clients, suppliers and partners (preparation of necessary documentation, contacts with vendors);negotiations with potentials clients which are currently not present at the Russian measurement & control market;

Marketing, communications, business development and products advertising within Russia and CIS;market analysis, making up business plans and growth playbooks, local sales analysis;marketing coordination, organization of exhibitions and other business development events in Russia and CIS countries: tracking all the current events that could be of any interest for the company, communication with exhibition companies and landlords in terms of conditions, terms, costs, signing of contracts, shipment of sample equipment for exhibitions and advertisement materials;preparation of bidding documentation for customers, collection and analysis of necessary information to be provided to potential customers; translation, correction and make-up of business letters and technical documentation for equipment: operation and maintenance manuals, datasheets, descriptions, certificates;translation, localization, make-up of brochures, catalogues and advertisement materials;interpretation during negotiations and business trips;selection and make-up of materials for advertising compact disks, modification and multiplication of compact disks;interaction with sales managers and marketing specialists from various divisions of GE, compilation of Russian materials database (technical docs and brochures); communication with translation companies, publishing houses and CD multiplication factories: making up of orders, control and correction of their works;search, screening and signing of contracts with counteragents that provide services related to the above activities;

control and distribution of documents for translation, interaction with translation agencies;translation of various documents: contracts, commercial offers, quotations, business letters, prospects, presentations, reports, instructions;lots of simultaneous interpretation during exhibitions, presentations, business trips across Russia and abroad;processing orders from sales managers, performing communication with foreign partners (bakery and meat production equipment from all over the world), signing commercial contracts, gathering documents necessary for customs clearance;organization of exhibitions and preparation of materials for them;coordination of business travel activities in Russia, CIS and abroad;

translation of documents, datasheets and presentations;lots of simultaneous interpretation during conferences and cash flow meetings;control and distribution of documents and brochures for translation, interaction with translation agencies;coordination of various activities within the company, among them those between the GM and various departments (commercial and trade operations);organization of exhibitions in Russia and abroad, preparation and translation of materials for exhibitions;

interpreting and translation from English and German into Russian. communication with suppliers;

translation of news articles and media analytics, simultaneous translation of telebridges NYC - Moscow from Russian into English and back;

translation of documents for exported Russian weapons and military equipment;
