I am a problem solver. I enjoy an unusual problem that others have failed to solve. I am a result oriented and I use every tool in my tool belt to come up with a solution. Having programming background gives my an edge over people who use only off the shelf to software to complete a task. Those who come to me with a problem not only receive a solution but a comprehensive workflow that prevents problem from coming up again. Having clear communication skills I’m not afraid to speak to highly technical clients who know their business well and require someone equal on the other side to bounce ideas off or to create a strategy together.My managing experience includes running 24/7 operation which sometimes spanned multiple offices in different cities. I lead by example and work side by side with my team members. I’m not just a manager and I can do work of all my team members. Being hands on lets me develop others not just by using white board in the conference room but by showing them more creative solutions to problems on real life projects. I know my team’s strengths and weaknesses and know potential points of failure at the onset of the project. I am very demanding of my team and addressing performance issues quickly is a must. I am well versed in performance improvement plans and can turn potentially failing employee into successful one within a few weeks.
