I have experience of leading real estate teams in the asset/development management and client side property functions. I bring a focused approach to each asset, site or development with broad experience from a number of sectors allowing creative and innovative solutions to be delivered. I have worked in regenerating sites and portfolios across London and the UK to maximise their value and re-align their functionality to best fit each business. My career to date has been in private practice, development companies, private equity backed businesses and for partners in major leisure and retail companies. With a driven and dynamic personality, I am able to energise both teams and situations with a passion to get results. I am not afraid to change or to challenge complex commercial situations while working as part of a team or independently.Using a relationship based approach to complex problems has led to the optimum solution and it is here, with passion and belief, I have successfully delivered each project.
