Biography.Trained as a chef from the Hotel and Restaurant School in Copenhagen in 1993 with the following apprenticeships: Hotel Imperial, Peder Oxe and Hotel Baltic. Along the way with study stays at Hotel Gera in Germany, Marco Pierre White's Quo Vadis in London and Petri pumpa in Lund. Has served as head chef at Restaurant Olsen, Skovshoved hotel and Formel B. Is founder and partner in the companies Kys maden, Kirk+Maarbjerg, Endeavour, Trail food and Lovemade. For a number of years, has written articles about gastronomy for daily newspapers such as Berlingske, Politiken and Eurowoman. As well as being a food designer for 3F's trade magazine. In 2011, was admitted to the Eventyrenes club after countless gastronomic journeys to some of the most remote areas in the world.
