Went into a business with VOIP origination and termination. Primarily based on VPN controlled GSM gateways. Worked with various GSM equipment, primarily GOIP, 2N, Hypermedia. Created two VOIP switches. One in Holland and in Malaysia.Owner and CEO

Providing a turnkey solution for a TV prize show called “Conquiztador” in Maputo. Created premium sms payment system in Mozambique with operators Mcel and Vodacom. Also gained experience with working in Mozambique in terms of human relations and government requirements.

Started a company with a goal to establish IVR and mobile content services. Created on-demand IVR services for large clients such as automatic receiving of ads for newspaper or IVR scheduling for embassies. Established a largest mobile content web site and ordering service in a country. Company is still functional and generating profit from it’s primary business.

Started a self-owned company with 5 employees. Company goal was to take place in a growing market of run-time prize shows, reality shows, co-produce and generally provide support for TV and radio shows that required interaction with viewers. Introduced one of the first VOIP based distributed call center in a country. Later it was abandoned and reopened as Polimedia Inc.

Working on a VAS system that was used to commercially exploit services like hot-line, sms chat, delivery of media on mobile devices, bulk sms, info sms, and micropayment. Focused on creating redundant system capable of providing non-stop service, remote managed call offices. During those three years we have created one of the best VAS providing solutions. Our CRM was web based, built from scratch (php, zend, jquery).

Responsible for building of large scale call center (over 80 people) from scratch. Implementing connections to telecom operator using E1 (R2/CAS), ISDN-PRI. Equipment included Dialogic and Sangoma voice processing boards, Ericsson PBX-s, custom built terminal equipment. As a chief of I/T was responsible for development, error reporting and equipment maintenance. Call center was operating 24/7 and included help desks, virtual company fax-phones, hot lines etc. Have created a custom made call-center system not using any third-party software. Also created a system for quality analysis of operators based on CDR data.

Introduced value added services for mobile phones (mobile ringtones, operator logos and pictures) at the time. Created a system for pre-paid ordering of mobile content. System included IVR – E1 and SMS – SMPP based software. Developed an automated revenue calculator, which was capable of creating run-time econometrical analysis.

Working on remote to update and maintain java-based system for online shopping sites. Worked together with team of designers. Also with third-party providers to ingest and integrate external data. Provided technical support for bug reports and critical site problems, as needed.

Support for 64-bit Alpha MIPS systems. Part time job description included:- Installation of OS and software for a large scale systems (on DEC equipment)- 60 hour training (10 days). Advanced and Expert Windows NT Server with accent on networking.

Small company that was concentrated on using and promoting new technologies. Worked on team to develop Java applets and applications for Java 1.0 and 1.1. Created Java-based applications and Java Server Pages (JSPs) to build a unified user experience. Also worked as contract teacher - instructor for Java as a part of a college student team to present new technologies to large companies.
