I am the Business Unit Director for the Product and Design Agency Duckwise - a Trifork company.In my last job, I was Head of Product for Lunar bank. During my tenure, I had various parts of the portfolio under my management including Consumer & Business banking, the overall app experience, and Lending. It was my responsibility to define the vision and product strategy for markets across the Nordics, and make sure that we delivered on that strategy by leveraging the powers of all our cross-functional consumer squads and the brilliant team of Product Managers. I've previously headed up Bankdata's growing UX & Design department. We discovered and designed fintech products for about a quarter of the Danish population and about 10K bank advisors. My job was to build a sturdy design organization and develop a progressively company-wide product mindset that would enable us to create the most valuable and desirable products in the industry. The department counted 15+ UX'ers and digital product designers + a handful of consultants. Overall, I help customers create great digital products and product teams by applying a customer-centric design perspective to product management. I am particularly enthusiastic about Product Leadership, Design Sprints, UX, and digital entrepreneurship. As an independent consultant and as UX Lead for e.g. LEGO, Arla, MHI Vestas, and Creuna, I have designed products strategies, and services for customers such as LEGO, Danske Bank, Grundfos, Arla, MHI Vestas, Danske Commodities (Trading), Cobham (Spy Gadgets), Jeff Rowland (High End HiFi), Aarsleff (construction), etc.I hold a Master's degree from Information studies and a Ph.D. from the department of Computer Science, focusing on Human-Computer Interaction (UX), Design Management, and Design Thinking.
